Pre heat oven to 400 degrees. Crisp bacon and chop. Heat butter over medium heat in nonstick skillet. Add ground beef and brown, breaking up the beef as it cooks. Add cream cheese and incorportate into the beef. Add seasonings and mix well. Turn off heat.
In a medium sized bowl, whisk egg. Add cream, ketchup and mustard and whisk well.
Fill the bottom of a casserole dish with kale. Top with beef. Pour egg mixture evenly over beef. Top with cheese, bacon and pickles. Top with crushed pork rinds.
Wrap casserole dish tightly with heavy tin foil. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and broil for 3 minutes.
Take casserole dish out of oven, top with tomatoes and allow to set for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
