Pat dry your salmon filets and place on lightly oiled baking sheet. Sprinkle with lime juice and season with salt and pepper on both sides. With skin side down, sprinkle paprika over the salmon and top with lime slices. Bake for 20 minutes or to desired temp and remove from oven.
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together oil, lime juice and cilantro. Add remaining ingredients except for the chives and mix together, being careful not to mush the avocado.
Plate salmon and spoon half of the salad on top of fish. Sprinkle with chives.
Serve immediately.
