Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Pat chicken dry, rub with butter and season with 1/2 tsp of salt and black pepper. Set aside.
Place broccoli and tomatoes on lined sheet pan. Toss in olive oil and salt and pepper, coating well.
Place chicken thighs on top of veggies.
Roast in oven for 1 hour or until internal temp of chicken reaches 165 degrees.
Plate chicken and veggies, spooning some of the jus from the pan over everything.
Top chicken with feta and serve.
