Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • pinch salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Take 6 eggs and place them in boiling water. Let them boil for 10-12 minutes. Drain and place eggs in ice water bath for 5 minutes. Peel eggs- do your best to keep the integrity of the egg whites. Slice in half long ways. Scoop out the cooked yolks into a bowl. Mix in 1 tsp Dijon mustard and 1 tbsp mayo until well mixed and fluffy. Add a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Scoop the mixture into the egg white halves. Top with sprinkling of paprika and bacon bits and a drizzle of hot sauce (all optional).
