Keto snack time! If you are looking for a little spice in your Keto life these Bacon Jalapeno Poppers are ready to go in 30 minutes!
4oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup bacon bits (I baked up some bacon earlier in the day
and just chopped it up but you could also use the store bought
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
Slice the jalapenos lengthwise and using a spoon, remove the seeds and ribs. Don’t forget to wash your hands well after handling the jalapenos cuz those peppers are mighty spicy!
In a medium sized bowl, combine the cream cheese and cheddar.
Stuff the peppers with the cheese mixture until all the peppers are filled.
Place the jalapenos on a lined baking sheet, cheese side up.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the peppers from the oven and sprinkle with the bacon bits.
And that’s it!! You are done!
Now go and eat those poppers!
